Shipping policy

YOUR WILDFORCE is a Dutch company. We ship from our own warehouse in the Netherlands, and returns go to an address in the Netherlands.
Delivery times
- Netherlands & Belgium: 2–3 business days. Order before 23:00 CET for next-business-day dispatch.
- Rest of Europe: 4–9 business days.
- Rest of the world: 5–11 business days.
We ship Monday to Friday. Orders placed before 23:00 CET on a business day are dispatched the next business day; orders placed later, in the weekend or on a public holiday are dispatched within two business days. We ship with PostNL, DHL and FedEx, and you'll receive a track & trace code once your order is on its way.
Shipping costs
- Netherlands & Belgium: Free from €50, €4.95 below that.
- Rest of Europe: Free from €50, €19.95 below that.
- Rest of the world: Free from €80, €19.95 below that.
The price you see at checkout is the final cost, no hidden fees.
Returns
You can return or exchange items within 14 days of receiving your order. Register your return by emailing contact@yourwildforce.com; we'll send you a return form and the return address. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. All returned items must have their original tags attached, be unused, in sellable condition, and include proof of purchase. For hygiene reasons, drink bottles cannot be returned.
