Shipping policy

YOUR WILD FORCE is a Dutch company. We ship from our own warehouse in the Netherlands, and returns go to an address in the Netherlands.
Delivery times
- Netherlands & Belgium: 2–3 business days. Order before 23:00 CET for next-business-day dispatch.
- Rest of Europe: 4–9 business days.
- Rest of the world: 5–11 business days.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and shipped Monday to Friday. We ship with PostNL, DHL and FedEx, and you'll receive a track & trace code once your order is on its way.
Shipping costs
- Netherlands & Belgium: Free from €50, €4.95 below that.
- Rest of Europe: Free from €50.
- Rest of the world: Free from €80.
The price you see at checkout is the final cost, no hidden fees.
Returns
You can return or exchange items within 14 days of receiving your order. Register your return by emailing contact@yourwildforce.com; we'll send you a return form and the return address. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. All returned items must have their original tags attached, be unused, in sellable condition, and include proof of purchase. For hygiene reasons, drink bottles cannot be returned.
